frequent fry her - klaniro, 3 of 4 needed Frequent Fry Her TM. - klaniro, 3 of 4 needed/Posted: 17-OCT-06
Here is a story about MIL that doesn't involve me, but it's a great example of her bossy, controlling nature.  About three months before my DH and I started dating (we were friends at the time) his middle sister gave birth to a little girl.  My MIL took the birth certificate from her DD and SIL and told them that since she had paid for the kid, she got to name it.  And she did!  There was no discussion with this child's mother or father, nothing!  I have never said anything about this because it's none of my business, but come on!  Now that I'm married to her son, I'm afraid to have a baby!

Worst gift:  Last Christmas my MIL gave me a box of wine.  That's it.  Just a box of wine.  I don't even really drink!  That thing is still on top of my fridge.

Worst gift:  Well, my FSIL got me a $9.50 earring for last Christmas, while I got her a gift pack hamper from a brand name skin care store.  It cost me $70-$80.  She actually had taken me to the store where she got the earrings from, making me choose something and saying that it was for her friend.  Even then I had thought, "How cheap to give a gift like that to your best friend!!!"  Well, to top it she didn't even wish us well when we got engaged because she was having dinner with a friend and didn't want to be disturbed.  Now she expects me to pay for her accommodations for our wedding.  I told FDH to tell her to go to he!!.
