We have a problem.  DD is about to marry a guy, and, at the wedding, his mom wants him to return to her, after they say I do, and get her in order to walk her out.  DD doesn't want this to happen.  Why would a woman want to do such a thing, when it is the bride and groom's day?  What do you think?

Since moving into our house last summer, DF has mentioned, several times, the idea of having his mother clean our house for some extra money.  Every time he has brought it up I have been very adamant and clear that I do NOT want her cleaning the house.  He goes away to work for a month and then is home for a month, so MIL would be in my house when nobody else is here.  She is nosy, and I don't trust her not to go through sh!t that she isn't supposed to.  Six months later, he just told me, one night, that he paid her, and that she was going to clean the house while he was gone.  He refused to tell her not to.  I threatened to change the locks on the house.  I told him that he needed to tell her that she was not cleaning, or I would.  He didn't tell her.  I guess I have an important phone call to make next week.  That should make me the bad girl in his family's eyes.  I don't care.  I can't stand her, and it does not help me at all.  It stresses me out more than he can ever realize.

DF and I recently had a baby.  While I was pregnant, we were looking for a house to buy.  He will be moving out of his mother's house, leaving her alone with her large dog.  DF actually had the nerve to call me at work and ask me, because his mother asked him, if she could rent a room off of us if we found a two story larger house.  She would be bringing her dog!  I didn't even know what to say to him.  I wanted to scream and then go through the phone and shake him back to his senses.  The woman does nothing but impose herself on us, and she acts like it's her right to do so!
